Artwork Requirements

• Files must be PNG with a transparent background.
• Images must be 300 DPI at the intended print size.
• Upload high-resolution, print-ready artwork only.
• Images must be properly sized and arranged before checkout.
• Do not upload screenshots, blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images.
• Remove all unwanted backgrounds before uploading.

Color & Print Quality

• Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished transfer.
• RGB artwork is recommended.
• We print artwork as submitted. We do not redesign, resize, enhance, or correct files.
• White backgrounds or unwanted elements may print if included in your artwork.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that your artwork has been reviewed and is ready for printing.

FHL Design Studio is not responsible for poor print quality, pixelation, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, spelling errors, or artwork issues caused by customer-submitted files.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final once production begins. No refunds or replacements for customer artwork errors.
